Windsor 1’s (291-6) beat Gerrards Cross 2 ( 135 all out) by 156 runs.
Windsor got their first win of the season under their belts with a comfortable victory over Gerrards Cross 2’s at Home Park. Batting first, Adam Weston (28) and James Hawkes (60) got Windsor off to a flying start and with Matt Lazarczuk (48) and Kris Baumgartner (49) also batting well ensuring Windsor would get a large total. Jayden Clark supported Sam Jordan who blazed 59 not out in quick time to see Windsor post 291-6 from their 45 overs.
In reply, Gerrards Cross found the going tougher against Kris Baumgartner and Adam Allen Turner who both picked up a couple of wickets each. Spinners Jayden Clark and Matt Lazarczuk found some turn and went through the Gerrards Cross lower order to bowl out the visitors for 135, and hand a 156 run victory to Windsor.
