A great day was enjoyed by the participants in the golf day at Richings Park on Friday 16th August 2013. After a prompt start in light drizzle the afternoon steadily improved and ended in glorious sunshine.
The following players deserve particular mention :-
Dean Bean – Nearest the pin
Tony Monk – Longest Drive
Andrew Doree – Overall individual winner with a stableford score of 39.
The day was concluded with a delicious fish and chip supper.Thanks to all those who attended and hopefully a few more will join in next time.
