To celebrate the contribution to the club of the 3 new overseas players we have this season we will be partying in the pavilion on the bank holiday weekend after the games on Sat the 26th August.
The theme is a BBQ beach party, there will be some summer tunes playing from both Wes’s iPod and Brian’s guitar, BBQ food cooked on the balcony, some of Jackie and Dave’s famous cocktails will be mixed and some of Smithy’s beer promos will be on, and the pavilion will be decorated like a Barbados beach shack to get us in the mood for the cricket world cup……!!!.
If 2 years ago was anything to go by, there will some drunken games of the limbo going on too!
All male attendees need to wear a loud Hawaiian style shirt….. the louder the better!!!!! Female partners and friends are of course welcome and free to don any type of beach party attire that they choose….!
